Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the bank's business goals
• Lead brand development, positioning, and communications strategies across all channels
• Oversee market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns
• Manage digital and traditional marketing efforts including social media, PR, advertising, and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional marketing certification is a plus)
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/executive role within financial services or microfinance
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial market and customer behavior
• Proven track record of brand building, digital transformation, and marketing-led growth
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing
• Experience in customer segmentation, campaign management, and CRM systems
