Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies that combine technology innovation and strategic communications
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital and enterprise channels
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
• Lead data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing, product performance, and revenue growth
• Oversee brand positioning, go-to-market campaigns, and digital communication strategies
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align technology and customer experience goals
• Monitor growth KPIs and report progress to the executive leadership team
• Build and lead a high-performing growth team across marketing, sales, and communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4–6+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or strategy roles within the tech and/or communications industry
• Strong background in digital transformation, data analytics, and performance marketing
• Proven record of scaling technology-driven products or services
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
