## Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and fiscal responsibility
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements and management reports

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
5–10+ years of relevant accounting and financial experience
Proven experience in audit, specifically auditing manufacturing companies, from a reputable audit firm
Background in Big 4 or mid-tier audit firms with hands-on exposure to manufacturing clients
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
