Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team and oversee all financial activities of the company. As CFO, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company goals
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities
• Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies
• Collaborate with executive management to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Drive financial performance, profitability, and sustainability initiatives
• Manage financial reporting and risk management
• Lead finance team and drive financial performance

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or ACIS (or equivalent) is required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior financial management roles within the banking or financial services sector
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, with excellent knowledge of IFRS, FRCN, and SEC compliance requirements
• Skilled in strategic portfolio management, cost efficiency modeling, and scenario planning to support executive decision-making
• Proficient in leveraging digital finance tools and data analytics to strengthen decision-making and reporting
