About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting teams
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Drive financial planning, risk management, and investment analysis
• Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Support executive management with actionable insights for decision-making
• Lead funding and capital structuring initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role as a CFO
• Professional certification required (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and global accounting standards
