A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership across the Group’s portfolio companies in Real Estate, Construction, and Manufacturing.
  • The role is responsible for financial planning, risk management, capital structuring, performance optimization, compliance, and governance to ensure sustainable growth and profitability across all business units.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Advise the Board and Executive Management on financial planning, investments, expansion, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead financial modeling for large-scale real estate developments, construction projects, and manufacturing operations.
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across subsidiaries.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency.
Group Reporting & Consolidation
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement strong financial controls across all entities.
Treasury & Capital Management:
  • Manage funding strategies, banking relationships, and capital raising initiatives.
  • Oversee debt structuring, project financing, and investor relations.
  • Optimize capital allocation across business units.
Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Establish enterprise risk management frameworks across the Group.
  • Ensure tax planning efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee internal audit functions and strengthen corporate governance.
Operational Oversight:
  • Evaluate project profitability in construction and real estate portfolios.
  • Monitor production cost structures and inventory management in manufacturing.
  • Support procurement and contract negotiations from a financial standpoint.
Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor finance teams across all subsidiaries.
  • Build strong financial management capacity within the Group.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
Required Qualifications: & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, (MBA preferred).
