About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chief Executive Officer to serve as the strategic and operational leader of our Microfinance Bank. The CEO will have full ownership for defining and executing the bank's vision, growth strategy, and value creation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

The CEO will be responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership & Growth: Market expansion, business model innovation, digital banking strategy, and driving growth and profitability
• Financial Performance & Capital Adequacy: Capital raising, P&L optimization, liquidity management, cost efficiency, and investor relations
• Risk, Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Risk culture development, credit portfolio quality management, governance framework, AML/CFT compliance, and CBN regulatory liaison
• Product & Market Innovation: Development of microfinance products, SME/retail lending solutions, savings and investment products, and digital channels
• Operational Excellence: Process automation, branch efficiency, digitization, technology adoption, and customer service improvement
• Culture, Talent & Leadership: Stakeholder management, performance culture building, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Brand & Stakeholder Management: Public relations, community impact, strategic partnerships, and corporate reputation

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in the financial services sector
• Preferably experience in microfinance, retail banking, digital lending, or fintech
• Demonstrated ability to scale a financial institution responsibly, profitably, and ethically
