## Title: Chemical Engineer – Base Oil & Lubricant Production (Laboratory)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Engineer to join our lubricants production facility, which specializes in converting waste oil into base oil and producing finished lubricants and engine oils.

The role will primarily involve laboratory operations, product quality control, process monitoring, and technical support for production activities. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lubricant manufacturing, oil recycling processes, and laboratory analysis related to base oil and finished lubricant production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory testing and analysis related to base oil and finished lubricant production
  • Support production processes involving waste oil recycling and lubricant manufacturing
  • Monitor product quality, specifications, and compliance with industry standards
  • Perform chemical analysis, testing, and reporting of laboratory results
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment
  • Assist in formulation, blending, and product development activities
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize process efficiency and product quality
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lubricant production, base oil processing, oil recycling, or related industrial chemical operations
  • Prior experience working in:
    • Lubricant manufacturing plants
    • Base oil production facilities
    • Waste oil recycling/refining plants
    • Engine oil production environments
  • Strong laboratory knowledge and hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and testing procedures
  • Familiarity with lubricant formulations, oil blending processes, and quality testing standards
