Job description

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (African Cook) to join the culinary team at our four-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic and high-quality African dishes while maintaining consistency and kitchen standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present African cuisine according to hotel standards and recipes - Manage the African kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations - Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes - Assist with menu planning and daily specials featuring African dishes - Ensure proper food handling, storage, and stock rotation - Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times - Work closely with senior chefs and support the kitchen team Required Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role specializing in African cuisine - Strong knowledge of traditional and modern African cooking techniques - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel kitchen - Good teamwork and communication skills
