About the Role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (Partner) with deep expertise in taxation, corporate compliance, and company matters to join our leadership team at Royal Resource Management (RRM) in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning, advisory, and compliance services for clients
• Manage company secretarial and corporate governance functions
• Provide financial consulting and strategic business advice
• Collaborate with partners to expand the firm's client base and service offerings
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant certification (ICAN or ACCA)
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong background in taxation and company law
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development
