Position Overview:   The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with Nigerian tax laws, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the hotel and spa’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel finance, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all financial operations of the hotel and spa, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Ensure compliance with the latest Nigerian tax laws, pension regulations, and health insurance requirements. - Monitor and manage government taxes and regulations impacting hospitality and spa operations in Abuja. - Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance. - Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that align with the business objectives. - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders. - Provide guidance on store and kitchen operations from a financial perspective to optimize costs and maximize profitability. - Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Qualifications: - Must be a Chartered Accountant with a valid certification. - Extensive knowledge of hotel finance and financial management principles. - Highly knowledgeable in data analysis and financial reporting. - Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws, pension, and health insurance regulations. - Familiarity with government taxes and regulations relevant to the hospitality and spa industries. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
