CCTV Senior Engineer / Manager

Position Overview

African Natural Resources & Mines Limited (ANRML) is expanding its team and seeking an experienced CCTV Senior Engineer/Manager to lead the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of CCTV and integrated security surveillance systems. This role encompasses system management, team leadership, project execution, and ensuring high system uptime and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV surveillance systems
• Manage day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV networks
• Plan and execute new CCTV projects, system upgrades, and expansions
• Supervise and train CCTV engineers, technicians, and operators
• Ensure system uptime, reliability, and cybersecurity compliance
• Manage VMS (Video Management Systems), NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras, and networking equipment
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Facilities, and Project teams
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and compliance records
• Manage vendor coordination, AMC contracts, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications
• 5–8 years of experience in CCTV systems and security infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with IP CCTV systems, VMS platforms, networking, and access control systems
• Proven team leadership and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, switches, fiber optics, and cybersecurity basics
