CCTV Operator

Position Overview: - We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor and manage surveillance systems at our Ogba location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of company assets, staff, and visitors through effective monitoring, reporting, and incident escalation. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor live CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities and security breaches - Review recorded footage when required and prepare incident reports - Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report faults promptly - Maintain accurate logs of daily surveillance activities - Escalate security incidents to the appropriate authorities or management - Adhere strictly to company security policies and confidentiality standards Requirements: - Must be a graduate (minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND) - Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or surveillance is an added advantage - Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert for extended periods - Good reporting and communication skills - High level of integrity and professionalism - Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required
