Category Manager (Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD)

Respopnsibilities - Develop and maintain strong, enduring and profitable relationship with distributors and consumers within - coverage area. - Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for the Carbonated Soft Drink segment aligned with - overall business goals. - Conduct annual and quarterly business planning for portfolio growth, pricing, promotions, and trade channels. - Identify opportunities for category expansion, innovation, and new product development. - Continuously track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the Carbonated Soft Drink market. - Analyze sales data, market share reports, and insights to identify performance gaps and opportunities. Requirements: - First degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration or related discipline. - Masters or Professional certification in Category Management will be an advantage. - Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with at least 3 years in senior management level in assigned Category. - Experience in FMCG industry especially in Carbonated Soft Drink market is required - The focus is on Sales for our product categories and not marketing
