## Title: Cashier/Sales Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Clerk to join our team at a leading furniture showroom in Lekki. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions efficiently, maintain accurate cash records, and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries or purchases
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Receive cash, debit, or transfer payments and issue receipts
  • Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
  • Reconcile daily cash and sales reports
  • Support sales staff with price checks, stock information, and general assistance
  • Handle customer complaints or refer complex issues to the manager
  • Assist in stock counting and display arrangement when required

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience as a Cashier, Sales Clerk, or Front Desk Attendant is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of computer and POS operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Trustworthy, polite, and customer-oriented

Compensation

N150,000 - N180,000 per month with attractive and competitive salary including performance-based incentives.
