Job description

Job Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and transfer payments for services.
- Generate invoices, issue receipts, and verify pricing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions.
- Assist patients with billing enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with the accounts team for account audits and reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic center.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Trustworthy and able to handle financial transactions with integrity.
