## Title: Cash Office Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Cash Office Executive to manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support front-office operations. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior cashiering or cash-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments accurately (cash, POS, transfers, USSD)
  • Issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and maintain daily cash logs
  • Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile POS settlements
  • Attend to customer inquiries professionally and ensure a smooth service experience
  • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
  • Report any POS or payment discrepancies immediately
  • Follow company financial policies and operational procedures
  • Support inventory checks and general store operations when required

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a cashier, teller, or cash-handling officer
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and strong record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency with POS terminals and basic Excel
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized
  • Available for immediate resumption
  • Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage

Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₦150,000 (Competitive)
