## Title: Cash Office Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Cash Office Executive to manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support front-office operations. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior cashiering or cash-handling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately (cash, POS, transfers, USSD)
- Issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and maintain daily cash logs
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile POS settlements
- Attend to customer inquiries professionally and ensure a smooth service experience
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Report any POS or payment discrepancies immediately
- Follow company financial policies and operational procedures
- Support inventory checks and general store operations when required
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a cashier, teller, or cash-handling officer
- Excellent numerical accuracy and strong record-keeping skills
- Proficiency with POS terminals and basic Excel
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized
- Available for immediate resumption
- Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage
Compensation
Monthly Salary: ₦150,000 (Competitive)
