Role Description - This is an on-site, contract role located in Benin City for a Carpenter at Precious Palm Royal Hotel. - The individual will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance, repairs, installations, and specialized work in their respective field of expertise. - This includes tasks such as carpentry duties. - The role requires regular inspections, identifying issues, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard to support the facility's operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong Maintenance and Repair skills to handle a variety of tasks on the premises effectively. - Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with team members and guests while ensuring professionalism. - Technical knowledge and expertise in the respective trade (Carpenter). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving issues efficiently. - Ability to adhere to safety standards at all times during tasks. - Formal training or certification in the relevant vocational trade is an advantage. - Previous experience in a hospitality or similar technical support role is preferred.
