Role Summary - We are recruiting skilled Carpenters across multiple experience levels to support ongoing projects in Lagos  Key Responsibilities - Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and related materials according to specifications - Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, fittings, furniture, doors, and cabinets - Interpret drawings, sketches, and measurements accurately - Ensure high-quality finishing and attention to detail on all carpentry works - Carry out maintenance and repair tasks as required - Safely operate hand tools and power tools - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Adhere strictly to safety standards and site regulations - Work collaboratively with supervisors and other site personnel Requirements: Senior / Professional Carpenters - 7–10 years of hands-on carpentry experience - Strong expertise in complex carpentry and finishing works - Ability to work independently and supervise junior carpenters Very Good Experience: - 4–6 years relevant carpentry experience - Solid knowledge of tools, measurements, and installations - Minimal supervision required Medium Experience - 2–3 years carpentry experience - Basic to intermediate carpentry skills - Willingness to learn and grow on the job - Trade certification or apprenticeship experience is an added advantage. Net Salary - Senior / Professional: N400,000 - Very Good Experience: N300,000 - Medium Experience: N250,000
