Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate must love working with children, demonstrate patience, and be able to support their physical, emotional, and social development in a warm, caring manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, supervision, and support for children in the nursery and early years classes
• Assist with feeding, toileting, hygiene, and nap times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom and play environment
• Support teachers in organizing age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
• Observe and report children's progress, concerns, or unusual behaviour to the class teacher and school management
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under care at all times
• Foster positive relationships with parents, offering feedback when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE/OND/NCE (Early Childhood Education certification is an added advantage)
• Experience in childcare, crèche, or early years environment preferred
• Warm, patient, and empathetic personality
• Good communication skills in English (Yoruba fluency is an advantage)
• Ability to work as part of a team and under supervision
