Canteen Cashier at Firewood Rice Nigeria

Responsibilities - Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. - Take orders from customers and ensure they are entered correctly into the POS system. - Process payments, issue receipts, or change due to customers. - Keep the cashier area clean and organized. Ensure the front area is tidy and presentable. - Handle customer complaints and provide assistance to ensure a positive dining experience. - Work with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure orders are processed and delivered promptly. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and company policies and procedures. - Inform the manager of any discrepancies, customer complaints, or issues with the POS system.
