Position Overview:
- We are seeking qualified and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Call Center team as Call Center Representatives.
- The ideal candidates will provide professional medical support, respond to client enquiries, and ensure excellent service delivery to our enrollees via phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls from enrollees, providers, and stakeholders
- Provide basic medical guidance and health-related information in line with IHMS protocols
- Assist the Customer Support team in handling patient inquiries, guiding them on healthcare services, and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Support the Providers Management team in coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work with the Claims Department to review and process medical claims in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer interactions, provider engagements, and claims processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 0-1 year post-qualification experience (call center or HMO experience is an added advantage)
- Must have completed or be awaiting Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensing.
- Strong passion for healthcare services and administration.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
