Job Summary

The Business Operations Performance & Data Analyst plays a key role in optimizing business performance through data-driven insights. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing operational data, building performance dashboards, evaluating KPIs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Working closely with HR, IT, and other departments, the Analyst ensures the organization's systems, processes, and performance outcomes remain aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support strategic decisions
• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Establish and track KPIs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Conduct in-depth operational and financial analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support HR Performance Management with data-driven insights for departmental evaluation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation efforts
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in business analysis, operations performance, or data analysis
