Job Summary
The Business Manager (BM) - Operations & Maintenance will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services within the Process Management Division. This role focuses on growing the service business portfolio, driving customer acquisition, and positioning the organization as the preferred partner for long-term O&M solutions across the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for O&M services
- Secure contracts and grow the service business portfolio
- Drive customer acquisition and retention
- Manage key client accounts and relationships
- Position the organization as a partner of choice for long-term O&M solutions
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10 - 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within O&M, oilfield services, EPC, or process automation industries
- Proven track record of winning service contracts and managing key client accounts
- Relevant industry qualifications
