Business Manager-Operations and Maintenance at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

Job Summary

The Business Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services within the Process Management Division. This role will focus on growing the service business portfolio, driving customer acquisition, and positioning the organization as the partner of choice for long-term solutions across the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within O&M, oilfield services, EPC, or process automation industries
• Proven track record of winning service contracts and managing key client accounts
