Business Manager / Marketer

Position Overview: - BM Direct Doors is hiring a results-driven Business Manager/Marketer to grow sales, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships across Lagos. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and business growth - Source new clients (contractors, developers, architects, distributors) - Generate leads, prepare quotes, negotiate and close deals - Manage client accounts and ensure repeat business - Run marketing campaigns and manage online enquiries - Promote door products and customized solutions - Coordinate with production and installation teams - Prepare sales reports and forecasts Requirements: - HND / BSc in Marketing, Business or related field - 3–5 years experience in sales/marketing - Experience in construction/manufacturing is an advantage - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of Lagos market (Lekki, Ajah, VI, Ikeja) - Target-driven and able to work independently.
