## Title: Business Manager – Luxury Sector
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead our luxury business operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience selling luxury products or services to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), be highly target-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with our premium brand image.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and consistently meet sales and performance targets
- Build and manage strong relationships with HNIs and elite clientele
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed expectations
- Develop and execute effective business and marketing strategies
- Ensure top-tier customer service and brand representation at all touchpoints
- Oversee daily operations and report performance insights to management
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in luxury sales or business management
- Proven track record of selling to HNIs and achieving revenue goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Must reside on the Island and be available for immediate resumption
