## Title: Business Manager – HiiT Lekki Branch

Role Summary

Drive and achieve Management's set Business Goals and Objectives for HiiT Lekki Branch through effective leadership, strategic planning, and resource optimization.

Key Accountabilities

Business Management Functions

  • Propose, execute, and manage Business Plans and strategies to achieve Management's set Business Objectives
  • Optimally manage all Branch Resources including Human Resources, Marketing, Assets, Customers, and General Operations to achieve set Objectives
  • Provide effective and efficient, result-oriented Business Leadership to ensure business growth
  • Set and maintain productivity standards at par or higher than existing policies
  • Conduct periodic Business Performance Evaluations
  • Enhance and sustain Brand reputation with focus on HiiT Lekki Branch

Marketing Management Functions

  • Ensure actualization of the Branch's Marketing and Sales Goals/Objectives
  • Manage the lead generation and conversion process to achieve sales targets
  • Utilize Digital Marketing skills (social media platforms and digital marketing tools) to enhance brand visibility and acceptability
  • Continuously research and identify market trends and opportunities to remain competitive and profitable

  • Strong Digital Marketing and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Zoom, and Zoho Platform

Experience & Qualifications

  • First Degree in any field (minimum 2:2 classification)
  • First Degree or MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in Business Management in a corporate environment
  • Experience in Marketing and Customer Relations Management is appreciated
