About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business
• Manage and supervise staff to ensure adherence to company standards and delivery of high-quality services
• Oversee inventory levels of cleaning supplies, detergents, and other materials; ensure timely reordering and efficient use of resources
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations; implement and maintain safety protocols to protect workers and clients
• Prepare budgets and implement cost control measures; monitor expenses and optimize operations to achieve financial targets

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in any relevant field of study
• 1-3 years of experience in laundry operations (advantageous)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of laundry operations, cleaning processes, and inventory management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
