About the Role

An established pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead wholesale operations. You will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and management of wholesale pharmaceutical operations
• Supervise and mentor sales and support teams to ensure productivity and growth
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and expand market share
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and good pharmaceutical practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, healthcare providers, and clients

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of wholesale pharmaceutical sales concepts and supply chain management
• Excellent people management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Minimum qualification: B.Sc., HND, or OND in a science discipline or business management
• High integrity, leadership ability, and results-oriented mindset
