About the Role

An established pharmaceutical company is recruiting for a Business Manager to lead wholesale pharmaceutical operations. You will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and management of wholesale pharmaceutical operations
• Supervise and mentor sales and support teams to ensure productivity and growth
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and expand market share
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and good pharmaceutical practice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, healthcare providers, and clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of wholesale pharmaceutical sales concepts and supply-chain management
• Excellent people management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Minimum qualification: B.Sc., HND, or OND in a science discipline or business management
• High integrity, leadership ability, and results-oriented mindset
