Business Manager

Position Overview: - One of our clients in the Beauty industry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient management of business processes. Responsibiltiies - Oversee daily business operations and staff activities - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Manage inventory, suppliers, and vendor relationships - Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall business performance - Prepare operational and performance reports for management - Supervise staff, set targets, and track productivity - Ensure excellent customer experience and brand representation - Identify growth opportunities and improve business processes. Requirements: - Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field - 3 – 5 years experience in business operations or management (retail or beauty industry preferred) - Strong leadership and people-management skills - Good financial and operational understanding - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets - High level of accountability and integrity.
