Key Responsibilities: - Lead day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and execution of targets - Coordinate cross-functional teams to support operational and revenue goals - Translate management objectives into actionable plans and monitor execution - Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across teams - Track operational performance and provide regular updates to management - Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance productivity - Support staffing, onboarding, and performance alignment in collaboration with HR - Promote accountability, discipline, and results-driven work culture - Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
