Business Intelligence Analyst at Health Invest Africa

ABOUT THE ROLE - As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work across Finance, Operations, Commercial/Sales, and Clinical teams to provide the analytical backbone for decision-making. You will build dashboards, analyse trends, monitor sales and revenue performance, and uncover opportunities that improve efficiency and accelerate business growth. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational, financial, and commercial KPIs. - Analyse sales trends, revenue drivers, patient acquisition patterns, and pricing performance. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with accurate, insightful data. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy. - Evaluate performance of clinics and provide insights for expansion and acquisitions. - Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales/Commercial, and Clinical teams. - Present clear insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strong data governance practices.
