Business Efficiency Officers (Internal Control & Audit) - Imo

About the Role

Genesis Group is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented professionals to join as Business Efficiency Officers focused on Internal Control & Audit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• General Building Upkeep: Perform carpentry, painting, landscaping, and structural repairs including windows and doors
• System Management: Ensure optimal functionality of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Emergency Response: Promptly address urgent maintenance requests while following safety protocols
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update service logs, and manage inventory of parts
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement on machinery, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues in plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, and other equipment to minimize downtime

Requirements

• HND or BSc qualification
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience

Essential Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
