Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients individuals, groups and HNIs with tailored travel solutions.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that position the agency as a trusted travel partner.
- Meet revenue goals through consistent outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
- Represent the agency professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally within travel, hospitality, or lifestyle services.
- Strong personal or professional network among HNIs or premium clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities to business.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
