## Title: Business Development Officer

Role Overview

The Business Development Officer will support revenue growth and brand visibility by driving partnerships, sponsorships, community engagement, and digital presence. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic individual looking to build hands-on experience in events, business development, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue partnership and sponsorship opportunities for events
  • Support event sales, collaborations, and revenue-generating initiatives
  • Manage and grow social media pages and online community presence
  • Engage audiences before, during, and after events to drive participation
  • Support team coordination and help drive execution success across events
  • Track leads, follow up on prospects, and report performance outcomes

Requirements

  • Prior experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of social media and digital engagement
  • Sales-minded, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Passion for events, community building, or brand growth
