About the Role

Future Concerns Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our expanding team in Lekki. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on driving business growth through identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively
• Analyze market trends and evaluate performance metrics
• Develop strategic plans aligned with financial and operational goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
• Evaluate budgeting, proposals, and profitability analysis

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in new business development with demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close business opportunities
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities
• Knowledge of finance, including budgeting, proposals, and profitability analysis
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Background in the Oil and Gas or safety equipment industry
