Business Development Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive sales and partnership initiatives across our technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, support strategic partnerships with international tech brands, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across EdTech, FinTech, archiving, and document management solutions
• Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to corporates, educational institutions, financial organizations, and government agencies
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure
• Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline with regular reporting

Business Development & Partnerships

• Research and identify potential franchise and international brand partners for technology distribution
• Support negotiations and onboarding of technology partners and solution providers
• Develop value propositions and business cases for new markets and product lines
• Monitor emerging technology trends aligned with business opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target sectors
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable technology solutions
• Coordinate post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Position the company as a trusted advisor in technology adoption and digital transformation
