## Title: Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of Software, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Solutions, along with excellent client management and organizational leadership skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise, especially in banking, insurance, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and market expansion
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business development
  • Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting and lead generation to proposal presentation and deal closure
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to set and meet expectations effectively
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and key business metrics
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company pricing and competitive advantages
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, especially within the banking and enterprise sectors
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement, prompt follow-ups, and reliable communication
  • Represent the company during client meetings and presentations
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and quotations that address client requirements
  • Monitor performance against sales targets and provide regular progress updates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Administration, Management, Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with an IT solutions provider
  • Strong knowledge of Software development processes (SDLC) and service delivery
  • Proven experience in B2B sales operations, strategic client management, and operational oversight
