## Title: Business Development Manager – Solar Energy

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our solar energy products and solutions. This role requires a strong technical understanding of solar systems, combined with proven business development experience. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solar solutions
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and management
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Required Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields)
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in solar sales or renewable energy business development
  • Strong understanding of solar systems, products, and technical specifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Based in Abuja or willing to relocate
