Job Summary

Banksome Group of Companies seeks a dedicated Business Development Manager to drive company growth objectives and identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with existing and new clients while enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and converting prospects into active customers in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and generate income through property acquisition and client engagement
• Assist in developing business plans and sales strategies for sourcing, scouting, and acquiring properties that align with company sales goals and profitability targets
• Source and bring in external properties and business opportunities for the company
• Create action plans for identifying and pursuing qualified sales leads and prospects
• Prepare and conduct proposal presentations and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and performance metrics
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
• Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence across all platforms
• Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance against ROI and KPI goals
• Identify market trends and optimize marketing spend based on performance insights
• Optimize the company website to increase online traffic and user engagement
• Conduct regular audits of social media and website marketing performance
• Brainstorm and develop creative growth strategies
• Provide timely performance feedback and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
