Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth for our client. This crucial role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will focus on prospecting and client acquisition while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and competitor activities
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for business growth
- Prospect and generate leads to support revenue growth objectives
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Proven track record in market research, prospecting, and lead generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong expertise in client acquisition strategies
