## Title: Business Development Manager – Industrial Air Compressors
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our industrial air compressors in the Nigerian market. This role encompasses sales strategy, market penetration and expansion, distributor development, and customer relationship management across Nigeria. You will coordinate closely with our suppliers to ensure a smooth and successful product rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the air compressor product line
- Identify new markets, customers, and partners
- Build and manage a strong distributor network
- Act as the main link between suppliers and local operations
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients
- Oversee after-sales service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver regular performance reports and market insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales or business development (air compressors or related equipment preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of compressors and industrial applications
- Proven ability to grow market share and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international suppliers
