## Title: Business Development Manager & Executive Assistant to the COO
Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining business growth leadership with high-level executive support. You will drive new opportunities and support the CEO's strategic agenda, requiring strong commercial insight, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage both operational and executive tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives
- Conduct market research, economic analysis, feasibility studies, and competitor assessments to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, investment briefs, reports, and presentations for clients, investors, and executive meetings
- Drive business development activities including negotiations, deal structuring, client engagement, and follow-up to closure
- Support real estate sales initiatives, strategic alliances, and corporate collaborations
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO by managing schedules, meetings, travel plans, correspondence, and official documentation
- Serve as a strategic liaison between the CEO, management team, clients, investors, and external stakeholders
- Attend executive and strategic meetings, take accurate minutes, track action points, and ensure timely execution of agreed deliverables
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and deliver periodic management and board reports
- Assist the CEO in planning, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives, projects, and special assignments
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Support stakeholder engagements, corporate events, and high-level meetings as required
