## Title: Business Development Manager & Community Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a resourceful Business Development Manager to strengthen our operations and drive our real estate business forward. You will manage day-to-day sales and marketing activities, develop long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies, and ensure the company maintains a competitive market position with improved market share.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with expertise in real estate sales, marketing, and business development. You will oversee all sales and promotional events, attract new clients, and improve customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class sales management and leadership experience
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and customer service management activities
  • Deliver targeted sales results according to project business plans and meet established sales targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales
  • Implement mechanisms for evaluation and categorization of channel partners
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods, and results
  • Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales trends and develop sales techniques targeting the right market with appropriate tools
  • Propose and implement sales promotion activities for projects
  • Participate in negotiations and close deals
  • Devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques and schemes
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to maintain awareness of competitor offerings, pricing, location, and quality standards
  • Educate clients on market trends and keep them informed of relevant developments
