## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships within the media and entertainment industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate organizations, and direct clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, and marketing) to align business goals with service delivery
  • Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Oversee agency sales, direct sales, and client services while ensuring targets are met
  • Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and reports for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years' proven experience in business development, sales, or client services within the media industry (broadcast, digital, or advertising)
  • Strong network and relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and corporate clients
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Leadership and team management experience (preferred)
