## Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to develop strategic plans that establish our brand presence and set short-term and long-term goals to achieve higher profitability and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including digital, advertising communications, and creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing Department
- Achieve monthly set targets
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Develop new sales techniques and approaches
- Supervise all team members to ensure achievement of their individual targets
- Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in Business Development
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship building abilities
