Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager with strong B2B expertise and the ability to sell services rather than products. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business opportunities for the company. You should be focused, possess strong communication skills, think critically when developing plans, and have a demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Explore and penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and industrial sectors
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new clients through research, networking, and outreach
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and ensure prompt execution of client requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven experience in B2B business development or corporate sales
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic partnerships
- Strategic experience in selling services
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and client management
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Compensation
Commission policy will be included in annual remuneration.
