## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Manager at Optiva Capital Partners, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily field sales calls
  • Ensure every client is contacted at least once a month via phone, visit, email, or other means
  • Ensure every client is visited and seen at least once every quarter
  • Send relevant renewal notices to clients in a timely manner for time-tenured documents
  • Facilitate timely, consistent, and proactive support for the provision and prompt delivery of policy documents, payment receipts, and other customer-related documents
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Resolve queries and enquiries from both existing and prospective clients
  • Facilitate the provision of product quotes to prospects

Requirements

  • NYSC discharge certificate (minimum)
  • At least 8 years of working experience
